When I think about a story of hopefulness, I think about what hits close to home. Any organisation, individual, or group elevating marginalised voices has my respect.
One local nonprofit doing this is Strategy Arts in Philadelphia. They reach out to businesses, working with them to engage in inclusive hiring and finding job placements for individuals who might typically be overlooked.
